5. Services and Payment Terms
Hosting Services
- Hosting services (including shared hosting, cloud hosting, or related accounts) must be paid in full by the expiry or renewal date indicated in your invoice or account dashboard.
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in immediate suspension or termination of the hosting account, leading to loss of access to your website, email, databases, files, and other associated services.
- We reserve the right to delete account data, files, databases, emails, and backups after a grace period of 7 days following expiry, at our sole discretion. No data recovery or backups will be provided or guaranteed after deletion.
- To reactivate a suspended or terminated hosting account, a reactivation fee of £195 is payable in advance. This covers administrative reinstatement, data restoration (where feasible), and setup costs.
- Reactivation is subject to availability and is not guaranteed if the account has been permanently deleted or resources are no longer accessible.
- All hosting renewal payments are non-refundable once the renewal period has commenced.
Refunds and Cancellations
- If a hosting service has already been activated or performed, it is non-refundable. Services not yet performed may be eligible for a refund if requested within 3 days of the transaction date.
- Service termination or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Creativei Media at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- Initial hosting orders qualify for a refund within 3 days of activation for shared hosting accounts and services, or within 3 days of activation for cloud hosting accounts.
- Renewal hosting orders cancelled within 3 days of payment qualify for a full refund only if the new renewal term has not yet started. If the term has commenced, the payment is non-refundable.
- Domain name registration or transfer fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if initially waived as part of a promotion.
- Paid support services and third-party services are not eligible for refunds or covered by any money-back guarantee.
